We're a developer-led consultancy merging deep business insight with robust software delivery.
Solution Architecture
We take the time to thoroughly understand your needs and translate them into a clear, actionable technical architecture. Working closely with your implementation team, we ensure the solution is delivered exactly as intended.
Fractional CTO
Sometimes a technical lead is not available for various reasons. We can take over any CTO responsibilities, to keep your projects running and avoid disruptions due to missing technical leadership. No matter whether it's just a couple of hours per week or a longer term engagement, we provide the best and most flexible intermediate solution.
Web Development
We are not afraid of making our hands dirty. If you lack development power, you can rely on our many years of development expertise to implement the best product possible which fits your requirements.
Bias to Action
Many larger organizations become increasingly slower, establish very careful decision making, trying to save money by avoiding every possible mistake. In reality not taking decisions and trying to find the perfect solution is way more expensive. We embrace a culture of Bias to Action. No solution is going to be perfect, mistakes happen, we learn, adapt and move forward.
YAGNI
You-Aint-Gonna-Need-It! This concept from Extreme Programming (XP) puts a mindset in the foreground, where you question whether you REALLY, REALLY need something, before you decide to build it. Oftentimes we try to anticipate what potential requirements might arise in the future. This comes with a very dangerous risk of building too complex systems too early. We are in favor of working based on what we now and actively try to not anticipate unreal problems.
Incremental Iterations
We believe in an agile methodology. You never know what the future holds and how requirements change over time. We don't want to answer these questions from the beginning, rather embrace change over time. Furthermore you should not be afraid of touching the same topic more than once. Slicing a large problems into smaller pieces and specifying multiple iterations, enables for better quality and saves time in the long run.
